Marinated Trout
Rainbow Trout sliced,
lemon juice,
olive oil,
salt,
juniper berries

marinated for 2 hours

Stock
Then use the bones of the fish for stock by adding water, celery, carrots, dill and salt , pepper. Boil then reduce to a simmer for 1-2 hours……. yummy

….. bones And head , then also add onion roughly chopped, celery tops, roughly chopped carrot… add dill
