Fishing
We welcome everybody to come drop a line at our farm - Young or old, experienced or beginner, there is something for you!
Our natural bush setting and quality trout & salmon provide a memorable day out. We have BBQ facilities at no extra cost, so you can cook your catch for lunch.
There is a variety of different ponds including Large trout(500g -3kg), medium trout(300g-500g), salmon pond and a challenge lake, for those of you who want a bit more of a challenge.
Please note ALL fish caught MUST be paid for.
We also sell our famous mountain ash smoked trout, hand-milked caviar and smoked trout pate, along with a selection of seafood from the Melbourne fish market.
Admission (Includes rods, bait & bucket) - $3.00 adult, $1.00 kid (under 5yrs free)
Rainbow trout - $14.90/kg
Atlantic Salmon - $24.00/kg
We can gut & gill your fish at no extra charge.
Please note we have ice we can put on your fish for no extra charge, Buxton Trout Chiller bags for $5.00 and foam eskys for $5.00.
AND did you know that you can take your catch to the Buxton Hotel (500m down the road) and they will cook your catch and serve it with a side of chips & salad or vegies! Available during lunch (12pm - 2pm) and dinner (6pm-8pm).
