Buxton is just 30 minutes from Healesville and the drive will take your through some beautiful wilderness. Come up and try our Traditional Mountain Ash Smoked Trout and our hand-milked Salmon or Trout Caviar, or just enjoy the peace and quiet with a spot of fishing.
A visit to Buxton Trout and Salmon Farm is a great fun day out for the whole family. Young kids through to the grandparents can all be thrilled by hooking onto one of the Rainbow Trout or Atlantic Salmon in our picturesque natural bush setting.
